Description
Kissyris is a moving image work created in response to Avlaki in Nisyros, engaging with the landscape and memories of the place. The film unfolds through a cyanotype performance with light reflections from glass bottles.
Its layered soundtrack brings together field recordings from the village festival that took place a few days earlier, alongside an original musical composition accompanying the video.
